We would like to take the opportunity to let you know how happy we are with our virtually new house. The transformation is now complete with the installation of new garage doors. The effect is dramatic as you can see from the pictures I am enclosing.

The change would not have been possible without your employee, Bill Clifford. He is an artist with bending the metal trim to create window and door frames where none existed before. Anyone can nail the vinyl sheets to a house but only the most experienced professional can create the seamless affect and custom look that Bill did. He is a gem and you should do everything in your power to hold on to him. Whatever you pay him is definitely not enough.
