When I called you to see if we could firm up the date a little bit, you informed me that it wasn't possible to speak with your son-in-law by phone - because he doesn't like 
speaking on the phone. I just wanted to let you know that on the day of the installation, I called home from my office and actually spoke to your son-in-law for about 20 minutes concerning every detail of the job. I don't think I've ever spoken to a more professional contractor, and we've had many working on our house in the past 3 years. He was extremely helpful (I only wish I could remember his name), and actually listened to my opinions about the job - especially regarding the covering for the central air conditioner wiring on the side of my house. Martin's Aluminum's gutter business has been supervised for the last twenty-eight years by Gene's son-in-law Chip Osborn. The company manufacture's seamless aluminum gutters from .032, 13" aluminum coils. Both the labor and the materials are covered by a twenty-year warranty. Gutters are manufactured on site under Chip's supervision. Only the highest quality accessories are used. The elbows are custom made to insure the best application. They have installed seamless gutters in lengths in excess of two hundred feet. They also do installation of copper gutter systems using both half round and Box K style gutters.
